You represent that you are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction (19 in British Columbia and certain other Canadian provinces), whichever is greater. If you are under this age, you may not use the Site or purchase the Report.
The Site provides free financial calculators, educational articles, a credit card comparison tool, and a premium AI-generated financial analysis report themed as a funeral program. The Report is generated using artificial intelligence (currently Anthropic’s Claude) and mathematical projections based entirely on data you provide.
The Report is for entertainment and educational purposes only. It does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, legal advice, or any other form of professional counsel.
savings.rip is not a registered financial advisor, broker, planner, or fiduciary under the laws of any jurisdiction — including but not limited to the United States (SEC/FINRA), the United Kingdom (FCA), or Canada (provincial securities regulators). No content on this Site — including the Report, articles, calculators, credit card comparisons, or recommendations — creates a fiduciary relationship, advisory relationship, or duty of care between you and savings.rip or Radventures Inc.
Any financial product mentions, strategies, or suggestions within the Report or on the Site are general in nature and are not tailored to your individual circumstances. You should consult a qualified financial professional before making any financial decisions.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and Report are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that: (a) the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure; (b) AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or appropriate; or (c) any particular result will be achieved from use of the Report.
For users in the United Kingdom: Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights you have under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited, including your statutory rights where digital content is not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, or as described.
Financial data you enter for the Report is transmitted securely to a third-party AI provider (Anthropic) solely for the purpose of generating your Report. Payment is processed exclusively by Stripe. Neither your financial inputs nor your payment details are stored by savings.rip or Radventures Inc.
Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on data collection, cookies, third-party advertising, AI data processing, and your rights under applicable privacy legislation, including the UK GDPR and Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
The Report is a one-time digital purchase processed by Stripe. The price is displayed in your selected currency at the time of purchase. Because the AI generation cost is incurred immediately upon your request, all sales are final.
If a verifiable technical error on our servers prevents delivery of your Report, you must notify us within 14 days of purchase via our Contact page. We will, at our sole discretion, either re-generate the Report at no additional cost or issue a full refund.
Reports that are generated successfully but not saved by the user — for example, due to closing the browser, clearing the cache, or device failure — are not eligible for refund or re-generation. The Site prominently prompts you to save your Report immediately upon generation.
For users in the United Kingdom: Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this clause. You may have a right to a refund if the digital content is faulty or not as described. By proceeding with purchase and checking the consent box, you acknowledge that the Report will be generated and delivered immediately and that you consent to the supply of digital content before the end of any applicable cancellation period under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
For users in Canada: This refund policy is provided in accordance with applicable provincial consumer protection legislation. If your provincial law grants broader refund rights for digital goods, those rights apply to the extent they cannot be waived.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, savings.rip and Radventures Inc., including their officers, directors, employees, and agents, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to:
In no event shall the total aggregate liability of savings.rip and Radventures Inc. for all claims arising from or related to your use of the Site or Report exceed the amount you actually paid for the Report.
For users in the United Kingdom: Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any matter for which liability cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless savings.rip, Radventures Inc., and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to: (a) your use of the Site or Report; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) any action taken or decision made based on Report content; or (d) your violation of any third party’s rights.
For users in the United Kingdom: This indemnification clause applies only to the extent permitted by English law and does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
The Site and the Report may contain affiliate links to third-party financial products and services, including credit cards and financial tools. If you click on and/or purchase through an affiliate link, savings.rip may receive a small commission at no additional cost to you.
Affiliate relationships do not influence the calculations, projections, or AI-generated content in your Report. Product comparisons on the Site are based on publicly available data and may not reflect all available offers in the market.
This disclosure is made in compliance with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Endorsement Guides, the Canadian Competition Act, and the UK Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) CAP Code.
All content on savings.rip — including design, code, text, graphics, the Report template, and the “Funeral Program” concept — is the property of Radventures Inc. and is protected by Canadian, U.S., and international copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may download and keep your personal Report for private, non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly display, or commercially exploit generated Reports or any other content from the Site without prior written consent.
savings.rip shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to third-party service outages (Stripe, Anthropic, hosting providers), internet or telecommunications failures, natural disasters, pandemics, or governmental actions.
Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to first contact us via our Contact page and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for a period of at least thirty (30) days.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site or Report shall be resolved on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or any other representative proceeding against savings.rip or Radventures Inc.
For users in the United Kingdom: Nothing in this clause restricts your right to bring an individual claim in the courts of England and Wales, Scotland, or Northern Ireland, or to refer a complaint to an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body. This clause does not affect mandatory consumer protections under UK law.
For users in Canada: This clause does not restrict any rights you may have under applicable provincial consumer protection legislation that cannot be waived by contract.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Subject to the dispute resolution procedure above, any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia, Canada. However:
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, while preserving its original intent.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and savings.rip regarding your use of the Site and Report, and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
